Screen record timing issue

Thanks for the reply.
The process we are currently following is to create the story file, then publishing for video.
I have tried saving both the onedrive and my local hard drive, this did not make a difference. I believe I am currently using the most updated version.
I sent the story file to a colleague, no amendments were made and when they published the project into a video the timing was correct, using the same file with no amendments made, when I published the file I still have the same issue.
Still unsure as to what is causing the issue when I publish.

I'm happy to chime in! I appreciate you sharing how you are publishing the Storyline course.
You're on the right track working on your local hard drive. You can save the file to OneDrive, but make sure to copy and open the project from your local drive when working on it.
Since the issue is not happening in your colleagues' workstations, there may be a problem with your Storyline installation. Try running these steps to fix possible installation issues.
