Screen recorder audio issue

Hi,

I have checked all the threads related to this issue, but nothing has helped so far. The audio does not get captured with the screen recording. I am able to record separately through the articulate tool using the record mic option, but the audio is not captured while the screen is being recorded. Please help!!
