I am having the same issue. I cannot keep track of the monitor display scale used by everyone working in my team. Are there any other workarounds?

It looks like the best resolution for this is to recommend your team to use 100% as the value for the scale and layout setting, shown below:
No need to keep track of the monitor display scale that your colleagues are using, you just need to remind them to see the Scale value to 100% before they create screen recordings.
