Screen recording records entire screen not the recording area define
Hi there,
I have a storyline file that is set to 1280x720 screen size. I want to record information from my screen. When I select Record screen, the recording area is defined as 1280x720. However ...
This is still an issue as of today 2023.
When recording with multi-monitors - it does not capture the specified area - it captures the whole screen.
It even captures the recording storyline buttons. See the attachment for the result in Storyline.
I don't have the ability to simply unplug the extra monitors - the laptop resolution is too low so the content doesn't fit on the screen.
Please advise.
