Screen Recording Sizing Issue - Not Full Screen

Hi, hoping someone can help and point me in the right direction. I'm working on a training right now and need to record some steps to log in to a website. 

My story size is 1366x768 in Articulate. When I record the steps, I change my monitor resolution to match and record it full-screen. However, in my output, there's a lot of black to the right and bottom.

Any tips on what I'm messing up here, folks? It works when I record in native resolution (1920x1080), but then it gets a little small and want it to be clearer and more smaller-screen friendly in the training.

    Hi Brandon,

    Thank you for sharing those images with us! 

    Just to rule this out, when creating screen recordings, are you using a second monitor? The reason I ask is that I have come across some instances where using a second monitor caused the screen recording to be misaligned.

    If you are using a second monitor, could I have you try creating a new screen recording with the resolutions settings at 100% for both screens?
