Screen Recording won't record the right size screen

I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 77, we've included important fixes and new features.
One of the enhancements we've included:
- Storyline 360 now supports screen recordings on primary and secondary monitors with DPI settings over 100%.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Thank you for the further explanation. The original images you shared make sense now.
Are you using an external or secondary monitor for this recording? We have seen an issue reported with this and the solution is to ensure that both the computer and the monitor are set to 100% (96 DPI) resolution.

Yes I have 2 monitors and my laptop. Would it work if I disconnect the monitors?
Do I still need to change the DPI as well?
