Screen Recordings - All Black
Before I file a support case on this . . .
I'm getting screen recordings that are all black. Any one experience this and have a fix?
I'm running dual monitors, both at high rez, if that makes any difference.

Just got contacted by John S. in Support. He suggested rebooting the PC and that worked!

It could be the dual monitors working some voodoo on it. I have a feeling I've seen that before. Mind sending in the file?

I'm late to this party but none of the other responses to this question from my google search worked for me. What did work:
I had to set the display on both my screens to 100%, then restart the computer. After that the recordings worked correctly.
