screen recordings no audio

When I take a screen recording of an online video there is no audio being recorded using either peek 360 or or the screen capture in storyline 360. Am I missing something or is the screen capture function not suitable for recording online video. If so can anyone recommend the software they use to achieve this task.

    Yes you can - so more than likely it is  a system or mic issue.  You may need to tell Peek and Storyline what Mic to use.
