Screencast does not play in Citrix - new courses only (storyline 3)
We use Moodle to host elearning courses. Whenever one of the courses gets to a screencast it sits on loading screen and stays there - when in a citrix environment only.

Hmmm, if it works in private browsing mode, maybe try deleting the history (cookies) and try again ...
