I took a look and this issue is still open with our team, and this conversation is attached so that we can share any updates that we have.
I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.
The issue has been listed for Calibri and Open Sans font. Is this what you are using as well?

I have three fonts I can use for this project, all of which are licensed: Lulo Clean Bold, Proxima Nova, and Libre Baskerville. I'm experiencing the issue with all three fonts unfortunately, so it makes this feature of Storyline unusable for this project.
