Scroll option
Is it possible to scroll through lessons without having to click on Continue or the next lesson buttons? If I am missing something, please educate me!

There does not have to be CONTINUE buttons within a Lesson, so based on the Lesson design, theoretically you could be able to scroll through a single lesson.
You do need a way to get from Lesson to Lesson though.
Either you can use the sidebar menu, or the Back/Next buttons within a Lesson (appear at the top and bottom or a Lesson), or both.
Some people remove the sidebar and the Next buttons and use only Button blocks to navigate.
So navigation depends on the settings used by the course designer.
