Scrolling Panel bug? Automatically scrolls to input field

Hi Forum! I have 10 input fields in the scrolling panel. Once the timeline starts, the scrolling panel scrolls down to reveal the last input field. I do not want this behavior. Bug? How to preve...

I need to expand existing fields because Spanish translation takes more space and the existing fields are overlaping.
