Scrolling panel content disappears

I have a large Storyline project and I have a long scrolling panel that seems to work fine as long as I don't use the scrolling bar in Edit mode. If I use the scrolling bar in Edit mode, the content disappears within the scrolling panel. When I do this and then go to preview, the content is still gone. (all white)

If I don't use the scrolling bar in Edit mode and I preview the slide, the content is still visible in the scrolling panel in Preview.

Looks like there is a problem with this in both the regular and x64 bit versions of Storyline 360. I've tested in both. 

I have proprietary information in this project, so am unable to share it here. But would be willing to get on a video call to demonstrate this issue.
