Here's the trick:
- Set up your screen image and markers.
- Select all of those elements together, and drag them into the scrolling panel.
That will keep the elements in their relative positions during scrolling.
Tip: You can double-check that everything is in its proper place by expanding the Scroll Panel item in the Timeline, like this:
