Scrolling panel
Is there a way to have the scrolling panel start at a particular "moment" in the text ?
I have questions associated to particular part of the text but I would like the learners to access the previous part if they wish to.

While not a current feature of Storyline, we have a request logged for Anchor Points in a Scrolling Panel, which should help you with what you're looking to do, so I linked it to this discussion.
