Section Titles & Structures
We're trying to build a lengthy course in rise, that has Lesson>Topic structure, and are trying to use the Section Title structure. Some frustrations:

The best workaround for this just now is to add an 'Introduction' page as the first page in each section. It can even be made to look quite different in style (i.e. a big banner image with the section title) so that it is clear that a change of section has occurred.
