Title Casing
When using AI, is there anyway Articulate can keep the original title casing from documents uploaded. For example, we upload documents using the word, "Customer," and Articulate will always decapitalize it. I know the only current work around is to manually change the title casing but this would be very helpful with Articulate AI could incorporate this :)

I understand how that could be a challenge, particularly with standardized terminology.
To give a bit more context, Articulate AI may adjust capitalization as it processes content, and it doesn’t always retain the exact title casing from uploaded source documents.
In this case, some manual updates are needed if you want to maintain specific casing conventions.
That said, your use case makes a lot of sense, especially for teams working with branded or standardized language where consistency really matters. I’ve shared your feedback with our product team, and we’re continuing to track this need.
