Secured Access for RISE courses

We are currently building a RISE course for clients that act as a learning portal.  Their concern is that if colleagues who leave their org, will still have access to the link.  I know we can change the password, but that becomes a maintenance nightmare.  Is there a way to restrict access other than the password?
