Seekbar - can I have it appear on specific slides | not all slides

Take a look at these 2 screen shots from Story View. You'll see that one slide has the seekbar turned on, and the other has it turned off. Clear the gear icon and change to custom for selected slides. If it doesn't make sense, shout out!
