Seekbar does not remain unlocked and slide freezes after being viewed
Slide seekbar does NOT always remain unlocked as it should and slides will freeze after being viewed while using the Menu tab navigation.
In this course, the Player Settings are set to “Allow drag after completion” and the Menu is set to “Restricted” with the Next/Back buttons locked.
Slides 2 and 3 are the issues at hand and in this file, the branding/content is removed from the original course for security reasons and yet the same issues still occur.
We’ve found that once you have gone through slides 2 and 3’s content all the way through, the following occurs upon returning to these two slides:
1. The seekbar does NOT always remain unlocked in certain layers (noted in file Slide Intro).
2. The slide loading freezes sometimes when navigating the Menu tab. Especially once you go through both slides twice.
These occurs in both SL360 Review links and on an LMS such as SCORM Cloud and in the newest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and IE 11.
SCORM packaged was Published with Storyline 360 version 3.45.23393.0.

Hi Wesley,
Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you connected with our support team as well and my teammate, Vevette, is currently digging further into your file.
Be on the lookout for a reply as soon as she's done testing!

After working with some support and upgrading my SL360 when noted a fix was issued 02/28/2021, unfortunately it seems that the newest version of SL360 did not fixed the issues noted above. My new case # is 02689892 and I've since then made a Peek video as suggested for demonstrating the freezing issues and Conditional Seekbar not unlocking (or consistently unlocking) upon return.

Hi! I'm having the same issue. I'm using a conditional seek bar that will should allow the learners to freely navigate through the seek bar after completing a slide. Apparently, they can only do that while not moving to the next slide. But when they click on Next, then go back, the seekbar is again locked. Slide properties is set to Automatically Decide. I have tried Resume Save State, but still the same.
Hi Sandra!
We're happy to help! It sounds like the seekbar is still locked when a learner revisits the slide even when the When Revisiting setting is set to Automatically Decide or Resume Saved State.
Which version of Storyline are you using? Also, does this behavior happen on every slide or just certain slides?
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project. You can upload it to me using this direct upload link. I'll make sure to delete it after troubleshooting.
