Selecting Motion Paths already established
Hello LeslieWilbourne,
You can use the "Tab" key to cycle through the slide's objects, including the motion paths. However, this workaround is only usable if fewer objects are in the slide. There isn't a more straightforward method to select existing motion paths outside of manually clicking on the path using your mouse, but this sounds like a great feature request to make!
Hi Leslie!
See Attached file.
On the second slide in the presentation, activate the Animation tab and click on the line indicating a motion path. There are 4 motion paths superimposed on to of each other. Use the method prescribed by others pressing the Tab key to move between objects.
Here is what I observed. When you tab between the objects, it appears that it only includes the circles at the top of the slide on the first cycle through the objects. As you Press the Tab key, observe the area where the Motion Path Name appears to keep you on track of which one is selected. I also changed the time, so the odd motion paths are fast, and the even ones are slow.
There is a 3rd slide in there where the Motion Paths are separated which may make it clearer to observe. Hope this helps. 🙂
