Self-Registration Email Notification in Reach 360

I'd like to customize the email notification that is sent when a new user self registers.

The "Welcome email" on the learner notification tab only seems to be triggered when I manually add a user. I searched on the documentation and found this page saying that:

Reach 360 sends an email invitation as if you'd manually invited them.

But when I tested this, it did not sent the welcome email that i had configured. Instead it sent a default confirmation email below, and once i complete the account creation no other email is created.

Would it be possible to customize this initial verification email?

here is the welcome email that gets sent out from a self registration link

      Hi JoseTansengco
Thanks a lot for your reply!
I am the teammate of HashemAli
Let me try to clarify what we have observed:

The learner notifications we are able to edit via the Manage > Learner Notifications page are the following:
      - Welcome email
      - Training is assigned
      - Due date approaching
      - After due date

We noticed that the Welcome email is only sent if a new learner is added to the account (by an admin).

If a learner self-registers, they do not receive this Welcome email.
Instead, they receive an email with the subject line: You're almost there!
Body of this email can be seen on the screenshot from Hashem above.

We did not find a way to customise the copy of this email that is sent when the learner self-registers.
      Are we missing something?
Thanks a lot for your help!

        Hi AgnesAbel,

Thanks for the additional information! There isn't a way to customize that verification email for self-registration users. You're welcome to let our development team know you're interested in the option to customize this message through a feature request!
