Thank you for sharing your .story file!
I noticed you created a Survey slide with an attached Results slide, but didn't connect them to the path the user follows:
The learner starts on slide 1.1, and they move to slide 1.2. The slides on the right, 1.3 and 1.4, are never interacted with.
While you correctly selected Slide 1.4 as the tracking option, the variable is not sent to the LMS since the user doesn't actually complete the quiz.
I re-structured your project this way:
Slide 1.1 > Slide 1.3 (Automatically advancing to) > Slide 1.4 (Automatically advancing to) > Slide 1.2
