I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
We're not seeing this behavior reported by other users so there's a possibility that the issue might be isolated to your network since Rise 360 is a web-based tool. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
- Ask your IT team to confirm that all endpoints in this article are accessible from within your organization.
- Use other browsers to access Rise 360.
- Clear the cache of the browser you're using.
