Sharelink not updating automatically after making updates
My team and I are having problems with Rise sharelinks not updating automatically. Is there a reason why this happens sometimes and is there a solution?
Hi Martin the Rise share link can take a few minutes to update if you are watching live and aslo I find doesnt update if you are in the section being updated until you leave and come back in, otherwise it may need a support case.
