Sharing a Storyline project with a stakeholder
I need to share my Storyline project with a stakeholder who does not have Articulate Storyline. How do I do this?

If you have Storyline 360, you could publish your project to Review 360 and send the shareable link to the stakeholder.

Thank you again for your help with my question. I have a second part to this question... After the stakeholder reviews and adds comments, how do they get it back to me with comments in place?

You as the author can see the comments, respond, and close them as you make the requested revisions. See here for info.
