Sharing between Rise360 and Rise
Hi RenaeFlegg-7602!
Happy to help with this!
It appears you and your colleague’s accounts are hosted on different data centers. Transferring course content between the U.S. and EU data centers is not currently available. However, the ability to migrate is planned as a part of our official production launch.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!
Hi there. I have a similar problem. I want to share a Rise360 source file with a client but their data center is in a different region to mine. Is there a way to change the data center region setting so that I can share the file with them?

In the end I exported the SCORM file and sent it to them to import into their Rise LMS which worked.

Thanks for replying - but it's the 'raw', editable Rise file I'm trying to send - not the published SCORM file.

Hello Paul,
I’m happy to chime in! Rise 360 users can collaborate with and send copies of courses to other Rise 360 users in the same regional data center—either the EU or the U.S.
However, due to technical limitations, Rise 360 users can’t collaborate with or send copies of courses to users in a different regional data center. For the same reason, and to answer your question, we can’t migrate subscription data between our regional data centers in the EU and the United States.
We’re exploring data sharing, collaboration, and migration as enhancements to our data centers. I informed our product team of your need and added your comments to our tracking system to give the feature more weight.
