short key freeform questions
I'm creating a game and have a problem with the short key option.
In the game, the employees see an action name on the screen and should press the right short key for the action.
Unfortunately, the keys comma and period don't respond to the game (I press the key, but nothing happens). Is there a list of keys that work/don't work?
I'm attaching the .story file. Maybe I did else wrong.

Hi Shay,
I'm sorry you're having this issue with shortcut keys! You should be able to use any key in those questions. I tested your file in the preview and I was able to advance through the course using the shortcut keys. It does show that the answer is incorrect but the slides do advance. Are you seeing the issue after you publish? If so, how are you publishing?
Thanks for reaching out!

Hey John, thanks!
That's my problem the answer should be right. Why is it incorrect?
I published it now and it acts the same, unfortunately... - JohnMorgan-c50cFormer Staff
Hi Shay,
Thanks for the clarification! The issue you are having is with setting up your feedback layers. Here are some articles that could help you set those up.
I hope these help!

Thanks, John.
I'll look into it.
Can you help with the other thing?
Why do the keys comma and period come as incorrect? - Jürgen_Schoene_Community Member

Thanks, Jurgen - it saved me a lot of time testing myself.

Adding here a helpful workaround that John Carlo Sipagan, from Articulate Support gave me:
- Add a freeform pick one quiz slide.
- Add a checkbox outside the slide.
- Go to form view and designate the checkbox as the correct answer.
- Go to slide view and add the trigger to change the state of the checkbox to selected when the user presses comma (,).
- Disable the original submit trigger.
- Add a trigger to submit the pick one interaction when the user presses comma.
Here's a demo for reference:
