Show Completed, but failed quiz

I have a course reporting complete even though the learner did not pass the assessment. The Reporting and Tracking options has "when the learner completes a quiz" checked, and the LMS repor...

First, thank you for your reply. Now I changed the Reporting and Tracking Option when publishing this course to Passed/Failed (see attached TrackingOption) . My trigger from my results page in the course is set to Incomplete/Failed (see attached TriggerFailed) . If I fail the course with the score of 33.33% the LMS shows the status of Not Complete (see attached NotComplete). I am not seeing any status or success indication that I failed the assessment.
Publishing software is Articulate 360 Storyline.
Please Advise.
