Show negative and positive points on Results page for freeform survey
I've created a survey type quiz with 6 freeform "Pick One" questions, which have 6 answer options (A, B, C, D, E, F). Each answer option is worth 1 point each.

You can use two variables for negative point and positive point. Add value one to negative point when user click submit button if at least one of the state of option A, B, and C is selected. And set similar trigger for the positive point.
