Showing layers one at a time

I need some help please! I have 5 objects on the base layer, these need to become clickable at the end of the timeline but only one at a time. So for example the first one will be clickable at the end of the base layer timeline but the others won't. Once the user clicks on the first one then the second one will be clickable at the end of the layer 1 timeline and so on. Also if they want to go back to the other layers they can click on them and not cross over the voiceovers.

  • Hello Liz!

Thanks for reaching out for input on how to show layers one at a time. I see you've also reached out to our Support Engineers for help. You're in good hands working one-on-one with them! We'll continue the conversation in your support case.

Wow thank you Richard, that's exactly what I wanted! Now I need to replicate this through the course on other slides! Appreciate the quick response.

Hi Richard! This works great but if a user goes back to click on an icon, the following icon resets itself again so they have to repeat it. Is there a way of clicking on them again without repeating the process on all of them. I've attached the example. Thank you!

  • Liz,

If I understand what you are asking, the following should address it:

By adding the conditions below, you should see the following:

    1. User clicks icon, it changes to grey and shows text while playing the audio
    2. Users goes back to click on an earlier icon; it stays grey, shows text, and plays audio but does not change back to a normal state.

For each of the audio triggers, add the following:
