Shuffling Answers in Storyline Questions, but Locking Certain Ones
In Quizmaker you can create a multiple choice question. Shuffle the answers, but have certain ones locked in position. I can't seem to duplicate this with the quiz templates in Storyline or if I create a freeform question.
Am I missing something or should I submit a feature request?

Hi Tracy!
I'm not sure if this will help you with exactly what you're trying to accomplish, but I did find some information that may help.
You can find more information in the original tutorial, here.
The Lock Question drop-down list allows you to lock the selected question or content slide in a specific location, which affects how they will be shuffled (if you choose to randomize the questions when you draw them into your story). You can lock a slide To Question Above / Below or To Top / Bottom of Group. You can also choose to Remove Lock if you change your mind.
You should be able to do this with different questions in your question banks, so not all of them will be locked. I'm just not sure if it will behave the same way as it does in Quizmaker.
Can you have a look and see if this comes close to what you'd like to do?
Thanks!

Not quite. This is the option to lock a question, but in Quizmaker this is also the additional option to lock an answer. So if you have:
A,
B,
C
All of the Above.
The A, B, C can be shuffled, but the All of the Above always stays in the 4th position.
Perhaps a feature to ask. Then again....who wants to make questions like this when Storyline options are endless.

Oh, I see what you mean now. Sorry about that!
Yeah, you're totally right - it wouldn't be the same as Quizmaker. If you haven't had the chance to submit a request yet, here's the link (though I'm pretty sure you have it already).
Keep on, Hero!
Have a great day,
Christine

This still isn't available? It's very elementary... baffling
Hi Michael!
The option to anchor answer choices is available in Storyline 360. You can read more about it here.

Is the option to anchor answers available in Rise 360 or just Storyline 360?
- MariaCSStaff
Hi, Chris.
While I'm not aware of a way to anchor answer choices in Rise 360, this sounds like a great idea for a feature request! You can submit one here, and if it makes it into our feature roadmap, we'll make sure to update you!
