Simple templates for SME's to author Rise content interactions?

I'm creating Word templates to guide inexperienced content authors to provide content to be used within Rise interactions (card flips, hot spots etc). I am providing an example and then fill-in-the-blank sections so they can give me image names, text, etc. that I can easily copy and paste into the right places to build the interactions. 

If anyone has done this before please share and I will be happy to do the same!
