size limitation of uploaded videos

Thanks for reaching out!

I'm not aware of any limitations with the number of videos that can be uploaded to a Rise 360 course, but the maximum size of a video that can be added is 5GB. 

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

  • Is this happening regardless of which video you add after uploading 8 videos? 
  • Have you tested the behavior on other browsers?

If all videos are affected, and the issue is happening regardless of which browser is used, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
