size limits on imported closed caption files

I was wondering if anyone had found some workarounds for getting larger closed caption files into Storyline 360 projects? I was told that acceptable vtt and srt files have a limit of about 38,...

I'm happy to help! We don't have a character limit for importing closed captioning. Are you receiving an error message when importing captions over 35,000? If so, what does the error message say?
