SL block not playing in Rise in phone format

Hello - I am reaching out because I have a Rise course that includes a Storyline block. The SL block will not play when previewed in the phone format. Pressing the big play button does nothing. It behaves perfectly in the other preview formats.

I made sure the video I used in the Storyline content does not use offending characters in the filename but it has not made a difference.

Can you please let me know if there is a solution to this? Thanks!

    Lucianna,

    We are experiencing the same thing at our organization: neither of the phone formats will play SL blocks. Do I need to open a case, or is this now a known issue?
