SL360: Record Screen Greyed out

Has anyone seen this before? I open a new SL and it still stays in greyed

Happy to share some insight on this!
I see that you're using 64-bit Storyline 360. Currently, the screen recording feature is not available in that application. However, it is in development! As a workaround, I would suggest using 32-bit Storyline 360 to create or edit your screen recordings.
