Slide Master Locking Up
I've been working to build a new company template within Slide Master for a company wide project that multiple users and departments will use. The template is large, currently at 156,039 KB. I'm running into a lot of issues with template locking up as I add new layouts and features to the slides, especially when I copy and paste images, shapes, etc. Each time I'm forced to do an end task and force close Storyline, then reopen and continue on. Is there a limit to the slide master, or a way to prevent it from locking up?
I thought the issue could have been getting caused by a few factors, below are the things I've done and had the same locking results every time.
- Creating on VPN
- Creating off VPN
- Creating to cloud storage
- Creating to hard drive storage

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Opening a support case was also a smart move, and my colleague Luiza helped suggest that possible file corruption may be causing the issue.
