Sometimes when slides are rearranged, the built-in Menu doesn't keep up, and items appear out of order in the Menu.
Fortunately, there's a quick fix: Just go to the Menu area of the Player, and click the "Reset from story" button in the lower right.
That will rebuild the Menu based on the current order of the slides.
Note: If you previously adjusted the Menu manually (for example, if you deleted lightbox slides), you'll have to do that work again, because the reset will include all slides in order as per the built-in numbers.
