Slides not working on Samsung mobile

Hi,

The attached two slides (created in Storyline) will not function properly on a Samsung Galaxy A32/30 running the Android v13 Operating System, viewed in the default Samsung browser.

The drag and drop functionality fails on the first slide, they cannot select the navy square at all.

The green (forward) button can't be pressed to continue on the second slide (containing video) as the the blue icons (from Samsung) to alter the video view mode came up instead (see image attached).

This will also be viewed on a Galaxy A40 running Android v11 OS, whilst using a Samsung or Chrome browser, according to my client.

Any help would, as always, be greatly appreciated.

I have had no response at all on the second slide with the blue controls popping up.

Could someone please look into this John Morgan

    Hi,

I apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that the drag and drop functionality is not working on the first slide when viewed on a Samsung Galaxy A32/30 Navy with Android v13 in the default Samsung browser. Additionally, on the second slide, the green button cannot be pressed due to interference from the blue icons related to video view mode.

My client also mentioned that this issue might occur on a Galaxy A40 with Android v11 OS when using either a Samsung or Chrome browser.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you in advance.
