Slow Presentation

I have a Storyline presentation that was made a while back. I have a version in my LMS and a web version saved to a local server for non LMS tracked training purposes. The web version is very slow, it lags for 5-30 seconds between each transition. 

I have looked at the Storyline file, it isn't huge or complicated. No crazy photos, videos or anything like that. I have tried republishing it with some different settings, but that hasn't done anything to improve the lag time. 

Are there any suggestions on things I can change to make the lag time improve on the web version? Or is there a way to import the file into another format that might work better?

    Could you share what browser you are using to view your web published output of your course? Do you notice a different if you change browsers? 

    It would be helpful to take a closer look at your file. Feel free to share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case.
