Slow, Unresponsive, lag

Anyone else experience Rise360 being slow and unresponsive in the last 24 hours? Editing is painful since everything is slow and lagging? Multiple browsers, Multiple networks, Multiple devices used...

    Hi Everyone!

    I’m happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!

    This update fixes the issue that was causing slowdowns while authoring course content. There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!

    If you’re still experiencing slowdowns, first please ensure any browser plugins have been disabled. Also, when working with large scale courses, some slowdowns are expected. To remedy that, we suggest breaking larger courses down into smaller pieces.

I have been experiencing a lag for about 2 weeks. At the end of last week and today, RISE is almost unusable. The slowness is unacceptable; no excuse or platitude of "I'm sorry" will complete my project on time. Believe it ot not, clients don't really care if Articulate is sorry! Furious!

Does it help to remove the AI Assistant?

Hey Juli, 
Although Rise is acting a "little bit" better today than last week there is definitely still a lag for me. I don't have the AI assistant and the issues continue to persist.
