Some fonts of ASAP not showing up in Preview or Articulate Review

Hi all, I'm using ASAP font Regular, Medium and Semibold and I'm having two issues. First I often can't bold just one word in a paragraph, the entire paragraph gets bolded. Second, nothing but the regular ASAP font is showing up in Preview and Articulate Review (even though it shows up in design mode). Any ideas?

    Hi Beth!

    I'm happy to help! I just installed ASAP font to test this, and unfortunately, I don't see the same behavior that you've shared. Here's a quick look at my test.

    Is this happening with every slide or just a specific one? Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the font?

    My team member figured this out for me. I had to uninstall the ASAP font and then just install the static fonts. Then it seemed to work. Thanks!
