Some hotspots not working in LMS

I have created software simulations in Storyline that use hotspots to advance to the next slide. The Storyline files are then placed into a Rise course. When I preview the simulation in Storyline and in Review all of the interactions work as expected. The problem is occurring when I load the SCORM file into the LMS (Skilljar). When I first click on some of the hotspots the interaction doesn't register. I found that waiting 10 or more seconds will allow it to work, or refreshing the browser. Most of the hotspots work normally in the LMS, it is just a few of them that do not. Again, it all worked exactly as expected in every review up to loading it in the LMS. Do you have any recommendations for how I might troubleshoot this?
