Some slides with audio does not play

Further information for you.
The audio that you hear in preview on slides 1.4 and 1.6 I do not hear when I preview.
Our IT folks have been less than helpful, saying they do not support articulate.
Could this be a permissions issue or a audio device conflict?
More information, I am now going through all of my old SL360 courses and none of the audio on any slide is playing for me in preview or timeline preview. All continue to play when I preview individual files.
This has to be something to do with me and my computer.
