Sorry if this is in the wrong place, anyone know where to hire Storyline Developers?

I am adept at Storyline however I have a large project that will need help to create. Does anyone have a place to go to and find good quality developers? Budget is not an issue, more so the quality of the work.

We tend to use lots of animations and tweens and combine illustrations with photos, some interactivity as well.

My only issue is that a start date is unknown (summer likely) and should take a good couple months to complete together.
