May the update be a quick one...Important tool not working on a very large population of "personal terminals" - millions/billions?
Hello – and thanks again for reaching out, folks!
I wanted to circle back to note that it looks like update iOS 11.3 from Apple caused this issue with drag and drop apps. We've logged a bug report with Apple as well, and we'll update everyone here with any new information we get!

Hi there,
I know this is a very old thread, but this is currently happening for us on one of our courses. Our learners take this course from an iPad mini (5th generation) iOS 14.8. Was this issue ever resolved?

Hi Alis! We released a fix for the original issue reported four years ago, so the error you're seeing now might be a different issue altogether. We'd love to troubleshoot this further. Would you mind opening a support case for this here. Our support engineers will reach out and work with you directly on this issue!
