Space appearing before comma

Hi there

In one of our quiz responses, a space is appearing that is not actually there in the text in Rise.  See attached screen shot. 

The text reads "including after an error, and examiners must...".  In the course, it presents as "including after an error , and examiners must..."

Any ideas?  Is this a Rise issue?

    Hi Joe! Sorry to hear that this is happening to your question feedback. Did you copy/paste the text from a source document? Can you try to delete the text and then manually type it in again? Does the issue still show up?

    Thanks Hazel.  It probably was copied from the storyboard, originally.  I did try and delete it and type it back in again and the same thing happened.  I'll try that again.

      You're welcome, Joe! One thing that works for me if it was copied from another source, you can paste it in notepad first, then copy again and then paste in Rise. If the issue still persists, please open a case with us!
