Spinning wheel after clicking an area outside hotspot
Hi! I am working on a simulation and I came across this weird spinning will whenever I click outside of a hotspot. It shows even if it is published on Review 360. Any idea how this can be removed? T...
One way would be to change the Submit option on the Question tab. This sort of removes functionality the submit button from the slide though and the user doesn't have the option to change their mind. I get around this by giving them a couple of tries. To change this you would go to the form view on the question and then select the On Click option from the Submit drop-down. Not sure if this will work for you or not.
