SSML Formatting Issue

Hi,

I am looking for some guidance here with the SSML Formatting. I have followed the instructions, and it appears to match what was recommended. When I go to update though, it gives me a connection issue.

Also, when I preview the voice over, it actually reads the <speak>.

I continue to encounter this message. I am definitely connected to a strong WiFi signal.

  • Hello LAustin82

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that you're getting this error message when generating audio in Storyline 360. Happy to learn more!

    • Are you currently running the latest version of Storyline 360 (Update 117)?
    • I see that you're using Gregory as your voice. Are you experiencing this with any other voices?
    • Is this happening with any other projects you're currently inserting AI Audio into, or just this one?

As a troubleshooting step, I recommend ensuring that your Network Endpoints are properly enabled to access AI Audio in your project file.

If you're still experiencing this error message, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup within a support case

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi. I was able to resolve the issue. It was giving that error message because I had the formula incorrect. Several platform chats showed the correct formula as <prosody rate="x=slow">. After much digging, someone said that the parentheses were not correct. When I changed it to x="slow", it moved the program forward. Unsure why it gave an internet connection error. However, I was able to replicate it whenever I made a formula error.
